Augustin (famous theologian) - salad with green beans, peas, egg and tomato
Beans, peas and egg are all very satiating ingredients in a salad. They also complement each other well taste wise. It is also a salad that is very easy to make. Furthermore, I got a weak spot for salads that uses a white dressing instead of a vinaigrette.

Ingredients
- 10 oz (300 g) green beans, cooked for 3-4 minutes, cut into 1 inch (2,5 cm) pcs
- 4-8 (size dependent) tomatoes in wedges, deseeded
- 4 eggs in wedges, hard boiled
- 7 oz (200 g) peas, small, cooked
- 1/1 - 1/2 cup (1-2 dl) mayonnaise flavoured with Worchestershire sauce
