French Peas

Peas, onion and bacon. Simple, but good. A side dish that goes with almost anything.
Ingredients
- 100 g bacon, diced
- 2 onions
- 200 g peas
- 30 g butter
- salt
Directions
Melt the butter and fry the bacon until it is crispy.
Cut the onion into wedges or dice and fry slowly along with the bacon.
Add the peas when the onions are soft.
Let them simmer until heated through.
Season with salt.
