A Scandinavian dill and mustard dressing for open-faced sandwiches and cured salmon. Oil emulsified with Dijon mustard, vinegar, honey, and fresh dill.
Ingredients
- 120 ml neutral oil (canola)
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 3 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
Directions
Whisk together vinegar, mustard, and honey until smooth. Drizzle in oil slowly while whisking constantly. Fold in dill. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until serving.
Notes
Makes ca. 200 ml (8 servings).
