A simple cold dill sauce used on the Swedish shrimp sandwich (rakmacka). Sour cream, mayonnaise, and fresh dill – drizzled over the assembled sandwich.
Ingredients
- 150 ml sour cream (or graddfil)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 50 ml fresh dill, chopped (or frozen dill)
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, and salt in a bowl. Stir until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Drizzle over the assembled rakmacka.
Notes
Makes ca. 200 ml (4-6 sandwiches).
