Ingredients
butter and oil for frying
- ½ leek (optional)
- 250-500 g button mushrooms
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1 large onion
sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ l cream
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp good ketchup (optional)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)
