Makes ca. 180 ml (6 servings)
Ingredients
- 120 ml mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp aji amarillo paste (from jar)
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 garlic clove (ca. 5 g), peeled
- 1 tsp huacatay paste (optional)
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Blend mayonnaise, aji amarillo paste, lime juice, garlic, and huacatay (if using) until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate. Keeps up to 1 week.
